CVS Health Taps Tilak Mandadi for EVP and Chief Data Role

CVS Health has named a new executive vice president, tapping Tilak Mandadi, who will also be taking on the newly created role of chief data, digital, and technology officer. 

Effective July 25, Mandadi will be overseeing the company’s data, digital and tech strategy, as well as managing the brand’s growth and innovation through digital-led, consumer-focused experiences and services.

Mandadi joins the executive leadership team, reporting directly to Karen S. Lynch, chief executive officer of CVS Health.

"Technology is a catalyst for value-creation and growth at CVS Health," said Lynch. "It is crucial that we continue to enhance customer engagement and experiences, and we're confident Tilak will drive these efforts as we prioritize serving consumers wherever and whenever they need health care."

Previously Mandadi worked for MGM Resorts International, where he served as chief strategy, innovation, and technology officer. He also previously served in various senior digital strategy roles for Disney parks, experiences, and products, as well as American Express.
